Oops, that's something that that Rostislav Hristov included his big set
of changes to the HTML output -- but I guess I missed it :(
I've just commited a fix for this, so it will appear in the next
release.

I'll own-up to not really having tested the last release's output in IE.
I will try to check before the next release; but if you can point out
any specific stuff that needs fixing, things will move along faster :)

Yeah, very good idea, but I don't want to document the CSS hooks quite
yet. That would give the impression that they will remain between
releases, and I need a free hand to change things around in upcoming
versions.
Once I'm happy that the output has 'stabilised', documenting the CSS, as
you suggest, would be a great idea.
