The translation template has landed in Launchpad!

If anyone is interested in preparing a translation for their locale,
just register with Launchpad and follow the links from the above page.

By default, the translation tool will present you with options for the
primary language your browser claims you unstand, so you may wish to use
the 'Select Languages' link from the 'Your preferred languages' box to
change that.
