[cvsspam-devel] feature request - cvsspam mail on tagging

Howdy!

         Thanks for the amazing tool. It really helps us. Would love to have
1 more feature.

         Can we configure cvsspam to send out a mail in case cvs is tagged.
This feature would be useful for many.
