I just saw an example of someone rendering a Serbian document with the
stylesheet:

  http://gnom-uzivo.prevod.org/dokumentacija/uputstvo/uputstvo2.xml

This reminds me: there's lots of language specific generated content in
the styleseet; this needs to be seperated out into locale-specific
fragments.

I also need to investigate the possibility of automatically selecting
the correct content based on the document language (i.e. the :lang
'pseudo class' [1])
