[docbook-css] usage of DocBook CSS

Hello,

thanks a lot to the developer(s) of DocBook CSS.  You should perhaps note on 
your website that DocBook CSS is not just good for viewing DocBook with a 
browser like Mozilla but also for editing DocBook with Amaya 
(http://www.w3.org/Amaya/).  Well, generic XML support of Amaya is not mature 
at the moment and so there are certain problems with DocBook editing with 
Amaya, but I hope that with the help of DocBook CSS, Amaya will be basically 
useable for editing DocBook documents.  Note that Amaya will be especially 
good for editing DocBook documents with embedded MathML since you definitely 
need a special authoring tool when writing MathML.
