[metaas-dev] Contributing

I guess you can can commit those. I'm out of town this week so I won't  
be getting anything done and I think the next thing on my list may be  
those variable bindings. Fixing the order of operations issue (as  
mentioned in your binary operation class) is a high priority as well,  
but right now I'm thinking that I won't return to it until after I get  
a chance to look at a couple of other things.
